Here you’ll find surfers, swimmers, and sunbathers basking in the warm California sun. At 20th Street, guests can walk out on the pier, enjoy beachside dining, and take in the beautiful ocean view.

  • Corona Del Mar State Beach - 3 miles

Corona del Mar State Beach is the perfect beach for the family. Also called "Big Corona Beach", this half-mile beach is framed by cliffs and a rock jetty that forms the east entrance to Newport Harbor. Big Corona Beach is popular with swimmers, surfers, divers, volleyball players, and sunbathers.

  • Little Corona in Corona del Mar State Beach - 4 miles

Little Corona is one of Newport’s smaller beaches, bordered with rocky reefs that offer spectacular diving that’s well known by divers. This beach is well-protected from swells and surf, making it a great family beach if you don't want to worry about their little ones in the surf.

  • The “Wedge” - 4 miles

The Wedge is a world-famous surfing, bodyboarding, and bodysurfing spot, located at the east end of the Balboa Peninsula. During a south swell, the Wedge can produce waves up to 30 feet, making it a great spot to watch professional surfers.
